DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Project Manager shall assist the Lead Consultant to manage exclusively the project sites.
The Site Project Manager shall assist the consultants (Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) on the daytoday Operations.
Plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting & administration.
Collaborate with project consultants from construction stage to completion, to ensure required information is provided/ updated for a timely handover.

- shall assist the consultants (Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) on the day-today Operations.

Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish the project requirements and User brief, resolve issues and report progress.
Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of Reports.
5.5 days work week

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

At least 3years of working experience in Singapore with relevant experience in Construction Industry.
Good working knowledge of local authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.
Effective communication and leadership qualities/ skills.
Possession of certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH, etc will be an advantage.
Handson working experience in project management software (MSProj) is essential.
PSSCOC experience is an advantage.
