Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver technical troubleshooting support to customers regarding alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.

To ensure the timely monitoring and response to alarm signals in accordance with service level targets.

Requirements:

Nitec and above

At least 1 year of experience in Call Center environment

Able to perform rotating 12-hours shift work, 4 days a week and readily responsive for immediate overtime availability during emergency situations.

Salary:
$2,300 to $2,500
