Job Description:
Our client is one of the top trading oil company and they are looking for this position to join their Singapore office which is right in the heart of CBD


Responsibilities:


  • To hire talent for various roles to meet company's current needs
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing strategies, conducting interview and offers
  • To conduct onboarding /offboarding processes which aligned to fair employment practices
  • Work in various departments for employer's branding, marketing and outreach
  • Advise to various departments in developing recruitment strategies and processes
  • Responsible for people analysis relating to employment trends including attrition
  • Manage internship and build talent pipeline and employer branding effort with students from local institutions.
  • Drive corporate bonding sessions, CSR as well as welfare programs for the company
  • Design and execute corporate communications strategies that support company's business goals, including drafting of key messages / letters / reports to stakeholders
  • Facilitates kick off meetings, presentations from various presenters for reviews and sending project updates to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR team and key stakeholders to effectively implement change management for key HR projects, policies and processes across the company;
  • Responsible for driving Employee Opinion Survey related to corporate cultural improvement
  • Lead the company's brand related brand communication, strategizing, creating, curating and publishing in all social media, including images, copy, video, as well as implement local activities to achieve brand publicity and objectives
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, HR relations and/or business partnering or communication, preferably in Singapore government agencies or energy industry with consistent track record of success
  • Demonstrate HR generalist background, with working knowledge of several HR functions with an emphasis on talent acquisition, employee relation, and relevant employment law
  • Outstanding communication skills with professional relations and relevant employment law
  • Ability to collaborate across business units
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong project management skills including planning and execution abilities
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
