Working Location:
Yio Chu Kang / Bedok MRT (either)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm

Type: 6 months renewable contract


Responsibilities:


  • Asset tagging (Laptop / Desktops)
  • Asset inventory stock check
  • Issuing of asset to staff
  • Retrieval of asset from staff
  • Arranging reformat of asset by IT
  • Disposal of asset
  • Updates of asset records in asset tracking system
  • Liaising with staff on issuing and retrieval of assets
  • Handling of faulty assets and log call with vendor to arrange repair of faulty assets
  • Other asset related matters

Requirements:


  • Comes from IT background
  • No experience are welcome to join too
