Description
Provide supervision and management of the Service Providers, ensuring compliance with SLA performance, quality assurance and control, and adherence to Group IT policies and guidelines.
- Analyse business and user needs to provide proactive support and services, including identifying opportunities to leverage relevant tools and technologies.
- Functions as a focal point for communicating system problems within the department and collaborates with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
- Keep a robust comprehension of technology and its utilization to attain business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work experience in the following areas:
- Application Maintenance and Support
- Suppliers/Vendors Management
- Application and Database Development using modern programming languages (e.g. Java, Python,.Net)
- Script Development (e.g. Unix Shell Scripts)
- Have good understanding of the following areas:
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Cloud Computing
- Technical and Functional Integration
- Quality Assurance Principles and Practices
- Systems Management
