Description
Conduct inspection of all common areas to maintain general cleanliness of

the overall compound

  • Conduct unit inspection for cleanliness, living conditions and to ensure the
residents upkeep proper unit hygiene

  • Update all inspection records and findings into the system
  • Inspect and identify the source of building water seepages such as leakages
through slabs and ensure the contractor carries out the rectification works

accordingly

  • Maintain and ensure workability of all recreational and leisure equipment at
the facilities

  • Inspect and perform minor repair works for the Gym equipment and ensure
overall cleanliness of the Gym

  • Repair fans, beds lockers, windows and any other equipment
  • Inspect fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, hydrants, pumps and water tanks
  • Inspect the sewer inspection chambers and clear any blockages from the
inspection chambers, sewer lines and surface drains

  • Attend to the maintenance of building services at the satellite dormitories and
commercially leased accommodations

  • To conduct unit inspection of residents' units to ensure residents maintain
cleanliness and upkeep units' hygiene condition and to ensure that there are

no mosquitos breeding within the units

  • Update all inspection records and findings into the CARS
  • Support the Department or Section Heads in all other functions necessary to
achieve and fulfill department goals
