Together with a core team of Professional Practice professionals, you will be:

Developing and presenting trainings to update audit teams working on engagements involving PCAOB auditing standards, US GAAS, US GAAP, SOX 404b and/or SEC matters

We are looking for dynamic individuals

:

With at least 8 years of auditing experience, including taking on a leading managerial role in a public accounting firm conducting audits and quarterly reviews under PCAOB and US GAAS standards. Experience working directly with SEC registrants is advantageous.

Who possess strong technical knowledge of ICOFR requirements, IFRSs and SEC financial reporting issues

With the ability to deliver quality presentations and present excellent written deliverables

Who possess strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team, including providing direction and support to team members

Who are excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm

Who possess stamina and perseverance in driving audit quality

a recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as CA Singapore or an equivalent.
