JOB PURPOSE:


This position plays a pivotal role in managing independently, the end-to-end activities of employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding and provide quality HR advisory and coaching to employees in Singapore, South SEA (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines) Sri Lanka, Nepal and ANZ.

This position will also involve in employee engagement initiatives and benefits-related programs in SEA, such as roll out of mental well-being programs, management of annual group medical insurances renewals.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Execute SABIC's end to end Recruitment, Selection & Resignation processes, accountable for making the right judgment about the most effective and efficient sourcing techniques; preparing relevant documentation such as nondisclosure agreements, contracts / letter of offer, onboarding etc. Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance on employment requirements and its regulation.
  • Focal person in managing grievances or concerns. Guides/coaches and resolves both complex and fundamental employee queries with accuracy to ensure applicable compliance and clarify understanding. Comprehends and monitors execution of HR policies to identify noncompliant issues as well as communicate the policy and accurately address employee questions.
  • HR vendor management responsibility for renewals of critical HR services company group insurance, benefits, recruitment etc.
  • Applied workplace policies, handbooks, code of ethic, health management activities and communicates with department managers on the necessary action to minimize related risks.
  • Serve as a key contact for business regarding HR policies, programs, practices and implementation at the line level as well as provide operational support and guidance to managers. Handle employees' enquiries on Company's HR policies and procedures, as well as staff benefits and schemes.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business Management, Social Science or other related fields.
  • Min. 5 to 8 yrs. of relevant working experience in HR operations for MNCs and matrix organization, experience in employee engagement activities is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and benefits administration
  • Demonstrate interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all hierarchical levels which includes verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Able to working under high pressure working environment
