Responsibilities
Buy products that are essential for our company's day-to-day operations.
Need to review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
To be responsible for all routine clerical duties
To maintain proper filing system.
To assist in any other duties and when the need arises.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (words/excel/powerpoint)
51⁄2 days per week
