Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.

Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties.

Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.

Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met.


Requirements:

Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment.

Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.

Good command in English and at least 1 other language to handle queries from non-English speakers.

Able to work rotating shift and shift allowance will be provided.

Training will be provided.
