Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Science & Art departments
- Prepare equipment and resources for all Science & Art programmes
- Maintenance of Science equipment
- Upkeep of 2 Science Rooms and 3 Art Rooms
- Conduct regular stocktake of equipment and resources in the
- Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
- Any other duties assigned by the Authority
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
Salary:
$2000-$2200
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel will be an advantage
