Description

Lead ASEAN HR team to deliver the valued HR services with alignment of global and regional policies and practices under local law and regulation

To contribute to business growth through optimal personnel allocation/movements and people development that align with business decisions and HR global/ regional strategy
To be the Business Partner to Country Representative
ASEAN Countries to cover are Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam

Office Location:

Key areas of responsibilities:

25% HR Operations: Oversee the HR operation activities (employee life cycle, total rewards, TA/TD, expat management and etc).
20% Business Partner: Act as the Business Partner to Country Representative and Country Management Team. Support and initiate organizational optimization. Provide consultation and support to personnel matters.
15% Talent Acquisition: Understand the respective Labour Law & local job markets to manage TA cases.
10% HR Policy &

Employee Relations:
Develop and implement human resource policies. HR process optimization/ documentation and information management to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Handling ER cases in a lawful and professional manners.

10% Organization Development: Support talent review process and succession planning for the Country organization.
10% Owner of ASEAN HR team's development

10% - HR Projects:
Support all HR projects in ASEAN region (M&A, divestment and etc).
