JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand custodian for both brands (Mayer/Mistral) Singapore/Malaysia market
Oversees all marketing activities within an organization
Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts within the team
Responsible for developing strategies, managing A&P budgets, setting goals and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels
Oversee digital marketing team on all social/digital platforms on content curations, social media strategies
Team management (comprises of brand & marketing, designers and digital team)
Website content/brand direction/maintenance
Offline and online communications channel planning and management
Involve in GTM strategy (both B2B / D2C) joint effort with respective stakeholders
Marketing intelligence, driven and back by data to make informed decisions on marketing/brand strategies
Responsible for financials budget
Analyse marketing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Allocate marketing budgets to integrated channels and platforms with high returns
Establish key metrics to track performance of marketing initiatives
Lead the planning of marketing campaign launches for media assets, including media briefs

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field
Preferably with at least 5 years' experience in retail industry
Creative thinking with sharp analytical skills and possess problemsolving skills
Good presentation & effective communication skills both verbal and written
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast pace and multitasking environment
Team player with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams
