The Senior Director, Culture Transformation & PMO is responsible, in conjunction with the VP of HR, for directing and expediting the people and culture strategy in the ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Organizational Unit (OU).

This is done through the strategic development and disciplined implementation of a comprehensive strategic people plan, aimed at supporting the organization's growth and success.

The role requires strong influence and collaboration with business leaders/teams across the organization.

Besides internal connection, she/he will also work with the bottlers across ASEAN & South Pacific, influencing and driving change throughout the Coca-Cola System by bringing the bottlers and partners in this journey.

This role will present thought leadership and lead the HR team to achieve the successful implementation of key strategies and priorities.


What You'll Do for Us

  • Drives and leads the OU People and Culture Transformation Strategy and initiatives by decoding and translating business strategy through strong thought leadership in all aspects.
  • Connects the dots between local strategy and global HR strategy to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Provides strategic consulting and works with HRBPs and People Leaders in terms of their people plans. Drives strategic HR projects by partnering with other HR team members and external experts if needed. Leverages current common work initiatives and obtain additional support from the team.
  • Monitors and tracks quantitative and qualitative feedback into measurement of areas of success and improvement. Communicates progress and propose changes if necessary, ensuring learning is captured.
  • Uses good diagnostic tools to understand the context, history of other initiatives, potential obstacles and pain points. The role will need to be able to gather data (quantitative and qualitative), understand its meaning, formulate hypothesis and structure possible solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify HR trends and external best practices. Bring outside in and provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Drives and leads the OU Engagement by designing a strategy for the OU, identifying initiatives and programs to develop the employee experience. Be responsible for supporting the improvement of OU engagement year on year.
  • Partners and collaborates with PACS and Legal for potential employee communications, and matters of Workplace Rights, Diversity and Inclusiveness, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, Change Management, Consulting, Organizational Development working with senior leadership teams in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • High learning agility, be comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Change management experience, in special with culture and transformation
  • Project management skills
