As a
Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various marketing activities and campaigns.

You will play a vital role in aiding in the expansion of our brand presence, engagement and sales revenue across the various regions and service verticals of the company.

This position is ideal for a proactive and creative individual who is eager to contribute to the company's growth through innovative marketing strategies and challenge themselves in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a passionate individual in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad creatives for our target audiences and optimize targeting strategies for advertising lead generation campaigns (Facebook, SEM).
Develop & Implement Sales & Marketing process automations: Coordinate Automation processes across all verticals and conduct UAT.
Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, trends, behaviors and competitor activities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new marketing tools.
Support the Production of Digital & Print Marketing Materials
Sales Decks, Brochures, E-Books, Promotional Visuals etc.
Messenger Management: Monitor and respond to comments and replies on social media platforms.
Execute on the

Written Content Creation:
Weekly Blogs, Video Script Writing, Social Media Content Calendar, Advertising Copies, and other relevant marketing materials.

Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and seminars to increase the sales revenue and awareness for the company.
Video Creation and Editing: Produce and edit testimonials in various formats (Reels, Short form, long form). Create TikTok content to showcase the company culture and business information.
Campaigns: Plan and Execute Interactive Digital & Physical Campaigns, Facilitate Live Seminars / Webinars. Organize Promotional Campaigns and Referral Program
Any other Ad-Hoc. work related to the Marketing Department.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in video creation and editing software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Familiarity with marketing automations and targeting strategies.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to reach diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Enthusiasm for staying updated on marketing trends and emerging platforms

Salary:
$3, $4,000.00 per month
