Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to help emerging industrial trend and IT core functions to support the businesses and manufacturing? The
Global Infrastructure Senior Analyst is responsible for delivery of high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.

This position is part of the Client Technology team and will be located in Singapore Benoi Sector. The incumbent will be supporting Pall's Associate across SEA on IT infra & service desk related matters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Service Desk incident and request management
Manage user computing environment and provisioning
IT systems & facility administration and maintenance
Lead or participate in IT and business related projects
Collaborate with global diverse IT teams on technology implementation, change and problem management.

The requirements of the job include:

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
57 years of experience in Service Desk support and management
Experience IT project management and incident management
Good troubleshooting and administration skills on PC, network, and server
Good understanding and experience on Microsoft computing environmet
