Senior Executive/ Executive - Singapore - ALSTERN TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services- Provide cost estimation and adhere to tender submission due date
- Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met
- Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied
- Propose value engineering when applicable
- Review drawings and specifications
- Source for supplier and contractors
- Assist to prepare for quotation and tender documents
- Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.
- Comply to ISO / OSHA standards
- Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or a related discipline
- 12 years experiences in cost estimation
- Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
- Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problemsolving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.
