My client is a reputable international bank with a large presence in Singapore, currently looking for an IT Service Manager to lead the initiatives of Change Enablement, Service Level Management, Service Desk & Incident Management, and Problem Management
:
You will coordinate activities under IT Service Management processes such as Monitoring & Event Management and Availability Management.
As the IT Service Management Owner, you will have:
- strong track record of leadership in IT service management,
- proficiency in operating Infrastructure (Iaas, Paas) and B2B networks.
