Responsibilites:


  • Work with other product owners to manage the entire corporate banking platform to follow through on the execution of the strategic product roadmap and groom the product backlog. In so doing, anchor the credit architecture and continuously improve users' experience through continuous feedback driven enhancements.
  • Lead journey and initiatives and work with other journey managers, platform managers and cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to provide digital tools on the platform to aid IBG bankers (e.g. RM/CSO) in their analysis and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies across the various IBG employee journeys e.g. credit process, sales, servicing.
  • Develop holistic solutions roadmap, including determining the minimum viable product milestones (including change management plans) for new/enhanced product roll outs and taking them to fruition. This would involve the need to conduct valuedriven prioritisation, impact analysis, dependencies assessments, work plan synchronisation within the platform team and/or with other project teams across the bank.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of working experience. Prior background in corporate banking, business accounting/finance related field or management consultancy will be a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking businesses' processes and risk policies.
  • Ability to think outofbox, challenge status quo and problemsolve and make data driven decisions. Individual should be comfortable working with data, including accurately gather, organize and analyse it to drive decisionmaking.
  • Good presentation and communication skills to be effective in the work required to manage stakeholders across all levels and propose strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and tight timeline environment.
