    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for the following job scope but not limited to, and any other tasks as may be assigned by the Company/Customer from time to time:

    General Duties

    1. Prepare cover letter and sent to authority according to the agreed format

    2. Follow-up with document submission as per the project schedule

    3. Document formating

    4. Follow through with Document Control processes till official submission to customer

    5. Management of Central Shared folder

    6. Attend monthly progress meetings and preparation of monthly progress minutes of meeting and report

    7. General admin duties including filing and ensuring documentation in place for audits

    8. Added advantage if candidate knows project scheduling and project cost reporting

    9. Preferably candidate who has worked before as project administrative/coordinator

    10. handle confidential information for project personnel clearances and raise purchase requests, assists in goods delivery and receipt documentation

    Required Skill

    1. Must be proficient in MS Word especially in document formatting as well as MS Powerpoint and Excel

    2. Patient and meticulous in task assignment

    3. Good communication skills and Resourceful

    Office location : Jurong East
