    We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the Vice President, Revenue Management position within our Treasury Services – Revenue Management team. This position is based in Singapore, with a hybrid work model.

    In this capacity, you will play a key role in the Chief Operating Office of Treasury Services, focusing on revenue optimization and accounts receivable functions for our global client base. This pivotal position presents an exciting chance to spearhead strategic initiatives, enhance financial performance, and influence the trajectory of our enterprise. The Vice President will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to enhance business value by leveraging pricing insights for strategic outcomes.

    In this role, you will drive impact through:

    • Formulating and executing strategies to boost revenue through strategic pricing initiatives.
    • Performing thorough analysis of pricing and revenue data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and enhancement opportunities.
    • Producing regular reports to monitor revenue and performance metrics, furnishing actionable insights to senior management.
    • Leading the pricing review procedures to revise or supplement pricing elements; Using competitive data, crafting recommendations, customer listings, and revenue projections for new service codes or fee increases for market assessment and approval, in addition to overseeing all client communications.
    • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
    • Driving market intelligence for the client base and formulating insights on novel business prospects.
    • Identifying various performance metrics and crafting KPIs and performance scorecards.
    • Designing an incentive structure to foster internal collaboration, supporting revenue sharing discussions and economic policies.
    • Evaluating the competitive landscape and benchmarks.
    • Offering strategic insights on developing and executing capabilities to bolster operational functions and strategic goals.
    • Conducting strategic analyses to optimize firm profitability, enhance resource allocation, and create value.
    • Collaborating proactively with program and project managers who engage with clients and segments within the Treasury Services Function.
    • Serving as a pricing expert, providing counsel on intricate pricing matters.

    To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with:

    • An advanced degree, preferably in business management or a related field, or equivalent professional background.
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience in revenue management or billing management, with a bonus for experience in the technology and/or financial services sector.
    • Hands-on involvement in a large Financial Services organization delivering analytical services and capabilities utilizing data.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in creating professional presentation decks using MS PowerPoint.
    • Solid interpersonal skills and proficiency in team management.
    • A strong foundation in analytics and data; candidates with Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx skills are preferred.
    • Adept at multi-tasking and working within Agile frameworks.
