Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Overseeing promotional campaigns KPIs, ensuring that KPIs are achieved within budget and maximizing profits
Utilizing analytics tools/software, and critical thinking and analysis, to manage and evaluate digital marketing performance
Tracking conversions for all campaign/events and constantly improve on enhancing conversions to leads generation or sales
Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall lead acquisition
Remain up to date on existing and emerging trends in social media
Work with creative and content Teams to create, iterate and identifying winning creative angles and assets
Working with ecomm team to create and monitor a social calendar
Build and maintain strategic partnerships/ relationship which includes negotiating on campaign terms or seeking for sponsorships
Any other Adhoc duties assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS

Adaptability in a SME / startup environment
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
Min 2 years of experience in marketing
Deep knowledge of retail and digital marketing, basic knowledge of SEO will be an advantage
A clear understanding of social media and how to translate strong campaigns across these channels
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Excellent project, time and people management skills
Keen learner and a team player with a great sense of responsibility, proactive with a positive attitude
Experience with marketing analytics tools (ie Google Analytics) and media networks
Creative thinker with an eye for detail
Able to multitask with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
Able to work under pressure and meet a tight timeline in a fastpaced environment
Proactive team player, responsible, selfdriven and organised.
