What you'll do

Key support to project manager(s)
Tracks, raises and coordinate with operation team on purchase requests
Oversees all general project admin documentation works
Prepares monthly workers' report
Supports technical team on document management, including submissions
Submission of Worker Name List to customer
Arrangement/Coordination of pass collection or Safety Induction Course for project personnel submitted
Submission of Risk Assessment, Statement of Works and Safe Work Procedures from subcon vendors
Document management of drawings received and submission to customers
Compilation of Site Acceptance Tests for project progress claim
Compilation of Training Records from system engineers for project progress claim
Compilation of O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manual with inputs from system engineers for project completion

Your qualifications- Students with Business/Commerce background are welcome to apply- Proficient in MS Office- Good communication, and people skills to work with cross function teams- Able to work independently and as a team- Able to commit for 6-12 months full time (Monday to Friday) internship, early availability will be preferred.
