Client Onboarding Analyst
Singapore
As a Barclays Client Onboarding Analyst, you will be ensuring Front office partners and clients are provided with an efficient, timely onboarding process whilst delivering a best-in-class service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
This is an opportunity to assist the business on complex onboards through a specialized set of skills, non-standard problem statements requiring implementing solutions, regional Jurisdictional expertise and drive projects and new initiatives requiring technical expertise.

***What will you be doing?
- Acting as point of contact for onboarding, using evaluative judgement and analysis to manage end to end (E2E) Onboarding process and minimize cycle times
- Understanding of business principles and the impact of regulatory requirements for multiple milestone teams (KYC, Regulatory, Credit Risk, Legal, Tax, Ops)
- Collaborating with policy and procedural change teams and senior management from respective teams on impact assessment of Onboarding requirements
- Acting as an advisory in defining the standards and specifications around any changes ensuring procedures are operational
- Providing training and support to colleagues, ensuring that essential procedures are followed and complex problems resolved
- Coordinating with sensitive or complex clients as primary contact for internal or external stakeholders and coaching junior member of the team
- Utilising internal systems for workflow management and data storage and reviewing control reports, investigating and resolving breaks
- Performing quality checking on sample of requests processed
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree with four years or more equivalent experience in onboarding, KYC, Regulatory area in Financial Services or client facing or client servicing
- Experience in onboarding Banking Clients with good knowledge of KYC will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage heavy volumes of work and prioritize accordingly
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Depth of knowledge and understanding in AML/KYC, Product, Regulatory, Credit, Legal, Ops and Tech Infrastructure
- The ability to challenge inefficiencies along the ETE journey and promote or influence improvement areas
- Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented, with exceptional Microsoft Office Skills
