Senior Operations Executive / Operations Executive (Specialist Outpatient Clinics):

    The Job:You will take on a primarily patient fronting role and oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and that a high level of service is provided to our patients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Staff management and deployment
  • Handle patient feedback
  • Review and streamline processes to enhance operations efficiency
  • Prepare and analyse performance data and reports and initiate recommendations to improve the department's KPIs
  • Work with various stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address the identified needs for improvement

Requirements:


  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues, peers and subordinates.
  • Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently, and manifest good teamspirit qualities.
  • Good analytical, organisational and communication skills (verbal and written), strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
