Description

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team, who will play a vital role in supporting marketing research, coordination, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate marketing activities
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and scheduling meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
24 years of experience in marketing coordination or related role
Bilingual with fluency in Mandarin and English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
Detailoriented with a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
