Our Client, in the
Automotive Industry located in the
Central has opening for **Customer Service Advisor (Motorcycle).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily intake of motorcycles for servicing, insurance claim as well as handling Authority bikes
Advise customer on necessary repair & maintenance including cost / estimate.
Assist other Customer Service Advisors especially during peak hours and to cope with high volume.
Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
Ensuring administration work is done promptly in terms of warranty claims, internal account, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of various scores, etc.
Follow up closely on back order parts in scheduling service appointment and keep customer update on service and the delivery date for job completion.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by returning live service calls and carrying out those additional assignments that create strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC in Mechanical / Motor Vehicle or relevant field.
Diploma in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
Have valid driving Licence
Class 2

years of experience in Motors Industry

Able to work under stress and fast pace environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
Good Team player
