Description
JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

If no driving, must be ok with the walking distance from Orchard MRT (approx. 12mins) or nearest bus stop from Delfi Orchard (approx. 8mins).
No preference on age but must be well groom and neat.
Physical must be ok as will need to perform escort duties for delivery, receiving guests/visitors.
Prepare condo facilities to be ready for resident to use.

Prepare and set up of concierge counter (level 1, Level 26 and clubhouse - daily opening and closing) - fresh juice making and inventory check.

Attend to Resident feedback on internal unit and external common area.
Must be able to commit for work shift hours including weekend and PH (3 shifts, AM Shift

  • 8am to 430pm, Mid Shift
  • 10am to 630pm and PM Shift 1230pm to 9pm). monthly rooster will be shared.
Team player work collaboration with other site staff - cleaners, landscape,
Able to converse and comfortable to converse in mandarin speaking including using typing Chinese character words using WhatsApp or WeChat
Basic computer knowledge that requires for weekly report or concierge log
