JOB SUMMARY

The position provides support to the Sr Manager, Revenue Management Field Support, focusing on all matters related to
Revenue Management training, learning and development for APEC across all brands including scheduling, facilitating training and content creation.

This position requires dynamic facilitation and classroom management capabilities as well as virtual instructor led training skills.

This position provides an exceptional experience for participants through professional, energetic, and enthusiastic program delivery and logistics and planning support.

The role requires travelling 70% of the year to different markets within APEC to delivery training.


Through training delivery, the position provides discipline expertise to support revenue management associates in the development and execution of revenue management strategies.

The role identifies and coordinates training and education to enhance revenue management knowledge for all stakeholders and associates across all disciplines.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Min 3 years of work experience in hotel Revenue Management experience required, Marriott experience preferred
  • Experience in trainings delivery (both virtual and inperson)
  • Proficiency with Advanced PowerPoint is essential

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English fluency is a must.
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong ability to influence audience.
  • Good knowledge in both the technical and strategic processes (budgeting, pricing, etc) of Revenue Management.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Delivers Revenue Management trainings in the region for hotel leaders (revenue and nonrevenue associates), both virtual and inperson
  • Creates training content and curriculum to support development of Revenue Leaders in the region
  • Supports continent and global revenue management L&D projects and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with a broad group of stakeholders in order to foster trust and influence key decisions.
