Kitchen & Wardrobe Specialist **to join our contract corporate team as IF YOU HAVE THE DRIVE, PASSION AND A GREAT TEAM PLAYER, WE HAVE THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU.

Job Scope

Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in details.
Responding to enquiries & quotation requests, providing and maintaining high clientele satisfaction
Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables (Drawing, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ).
Based out of one of our Experience Centers, you will be required to attend customer walkins.
Sell Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to and achieving monthly sales target through project sales.
Your responsibilities will range from client frontending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly. Market research to keep abreast in industry knowledge and keeping competitive

Requirements:

Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares).
Experience in 3D modelling and rendering software is an added advantage.
Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
At least 3 year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
At least Diploma and above educational qualification.
Handled projects endtoend sales, design and execution. Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
