CLC team intro

The UG CLC department aims to improve user retention as its main goal, focusing on optimizing user onboarding, and improving the product experience for new users.

In addition, it is responsible for Tiktok core activation tools, such as Push, EDM, SMS, and 3rd channels, combined with algorithm strategies to reach users, increase user activity and DAU impact.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop highperformant, highreliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok's products.
Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features endtoend.
Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with highquality and engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related major, with 3+ years working experience.

2、Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.
3、In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MQ etc.
4、Strong experience and ability in system problem analysis, able to solve complex system problems.
5、Experience in big data analysis technology is preferred.
