Job Description

Objective:

To support the sales team in logistics arrangement and market report.

Responsibilities:

Handle logistics arrangement (import & export) of cars with relevant parties. Coordinate with HQ from ordering to shipment.
Preparation of documents for duty payment.
Assist in preparing materials for sales presentation and reports.
Familiar with export document requirement. Knowledge in LC requirement will be preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint preferred
Able to work independently.
Other adhoc assignments.
