Description

Approach to customer for comprehensive solution can be offered for Network Planning and Optimization.

Lead and manage many teams for Planning, VIP complain, Pre-Launch Optimization (PLO), Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) & Network Performance Improvement (NPI)

Setup and manger to delivery new project to shutdown GM900 and offload to DCS1800, deploy new DCS1800 & LTE900 and re-arrange NB-IoT frequency as part of frequency allocation

Support on-site 5G Trial NSA & SA with frequency 3.5GHz, survey 5G new sites to implement in customer building

Support on-site Small Cell Optimization, create SCF for new Small Cell & NB-IoT, IPV test acceptance Small Cell LTE

Must have certification VOLTE Planning and Optimization

Must have certification on NCSP, NCSS, NCSA

Willing to travel across geographies

Willing to support 24/7
