Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and report net exposures on the foreign exchange trading portfolio including FX, Commodities, Indices, CFDs, ensuring the company risk is within approved limits, policies, and procedures.
Escalate swiftly regarding critical issues.
Follow regulatory compliance and internal policies and procedures.
Provide senior management with further details regarding data analysis results as and when requested.
Responsible for indepth testing of internal software's and developments related to trading.
Daily pricing and risk management of spot and swap transactions
Work with different trading systems to execute client orders and manage internal risk.
Perform endofshift and endofday reporting.
Manage clients' margin requirements and maintenance, while observing risk exposure with close monitoring

Requirements:

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, onthejob training will be provided.
CMFAS Modules 1A/2A, 6A certifications are required.
Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work on nightshift and on public holidays.
High adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment and to work under pressure.
Intermediate level in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional bilingual in English and Chines (required to liaise with Chinese and Englishspeaking clients).
Comfortable working in a startup environment.
