They are changing their distributorship model to go direct in Asia and they are looking for a Wholesale Director to join their team and manage the sales strategy in South East Asia, reporting to the General Manager directly.

As a Wholesale Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining and developing an excellent relationship with distributors and retailers in SEA
Analyzing and executing a go to market strategy to grow the retail productivity and minimize the stock level
Setting sales action plans to achieve or over achieve the commercial goals
Ensuring a premium quality level of customer experience and organize events and other activities to elevate the brand
Managing the budget, forecast and targets to achieve

The successful applicant must have

A degree in business or any related field
10 to 20 years of sales management in retail industry in Singapore, ideally from sports or shoes category
A commercial mindset to drive and overachieve sales targets
Passion for luxury industry and its high quality customer service
Great communication skills as you will work with many stakeholders

This role will give you an opportunity to work for a company with an ambitious culture and in a structure which provides a platform to work closely with many shareholders You are reporting to the General Manager hence you will be stimulated to think like a business manager and grow the brand accordingly.
