Responsibilities:


  • Support in ERP enhancement and issues including SAP-FI/CO, MM, SD or Solumina-Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Work closely with the department functional teams and/or Global Digital Technology to drive digitalization process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate, analyse and/or participate in requirements gathering, document process flow, functional requirements, and change request, translate user requirements into feasible solutions.
  • Work closely with the process owners to design and improve business processes.
  • Work with the key users to develop detailed test plan for unit, integration, data conversion, and acceptance testing. Provide user training where necessary.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings to provide status update of the action items.
  • Support in Smart Factory projects leveraging business analytic tools such as Qliksense, Power BI or Robotic Process Automation.
  • Recommend DT controls by identifying problems and writing improvement procedures.
  • Liaise with DT site support to ensure smoother delivery of computer requests for new hires or refresh.
  • Review outstanding IT support incidents and follow up on tickets where the SLAs are not met.
  • Engage in regular SOX/ DT compliance review and DT audit where necessary.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and Digital Technologies related projects from inception to implementation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Team player with leadership qualities to drive projects deliverables.
  • Customer focus with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work in a global time zone to communication with regional stakeholders.
  • MS Access, SQL and relevant programming language is a plus.
  • Agile Project Management or Project management certified is a plus.
