Description

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Channel all problems and queries relating to NGPS to appropriate team(s) for resolution and followup where necessary.
Update information including, but not limited to, resolution details and status into the Authority's Issue Tracking System.
Ensure that all defects reported shall be categorised and prioritised according to severity definition defined by the Authority.
Ensure that problems/queries are logged, tracked, closed and records are updated.
Provide support in the system administration of NGPS as well as for all activities required to ensure the standards, guidelines and procedures established for NGPS.
Advise, support, work and coordinate with all the internal and external technical support teams, agencies and contractors identified by the Authority on all technicalities and issues related to NGPS.
Execute and monitor batch jobs, perform system monitoring and prepare regular progress status update and report.
Provide support for any system security review, software safety review and audit activities, and implement followup actions recommended by auditors / consultants to maintain and enhance the security and safety of NGPS.
Participate in any quality assurance activities and resolve any risks or areas for improvement identified.
Perform risk management which includes identification of risk; provision of mitigation solutions and management for risks.
Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of progress status updates to the Project Manager and other management.

Pre-Requisites:

- **Education Qualification:

Preferably at least GCE O or N Level and an NCC Education Diploma in Computer Studies.

Competencies:

Good team player, responsible and conscientious.

Good customer service skills.

Good English oral and writing skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables.

Knowledge of SAP and/or OutSystems would be advantageous.

Working Experience:

Preferably at least one (1) year relevant experience.
