Working Hours: 10am-7pm (Monday - Friday) / 10am - 2pm (Alternate Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Perform laptop hardware diagnosis and troubleshoot on the defective unit
- Dismantle/Assembly computer system to do repair on necessary parts
- Handling draw parts and return parts
- Update repair status
- Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers' policies, processes and procedures are met
- Responsible for routine customer enquiries and providing prompt and good service
- Testing software run full test make sure full working condition
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum GCE 'O' education level with 2 years relevant experience in IT Support and Troubleshooting skills
