Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for administrative support to the sales / operation team
  • Prepare reports, maintain and update company database / filing systems
  • Responsible for managing vendors and tenants
  • Participate in financial and operation audit
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required by your manager

Requirements:


  • Meticulous and conscientious
  • Minimum O levels or equivalent
  • Basic certificate in accounting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Fresh school leavers are welcome. Training provided.
