Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations Manager in the daytoday operations to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites
  • Provide support to Operation Manager & Operation Executive and assist in handling operational issues and complaints
  • Conduct recruitment interviews for security officers
  • Conduct OJT training to new hires. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients
  • Preparation of operational reports

Requirements:


  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Team Player
