Title:
Lead Engineer (Process)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Process Engineering and design, Process configuration and optimization studies
- Perform Process simulations, prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance, Utility Balance
- Prepare Piping and Instrumentation diagrams
- Prepare Process equipment datasheets, instrument datasheets
- Perform relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis and flare network calculations
- Perform Process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics
- Prepare Process design philosophies, operating guides
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience
- Has worked on Concept studies, FEED and detailed design projects
- Should have good experience on Offshore Oil and Gas projects
- Have led Process teams on Hydrocarbon projects
- Indepth understanding of Process design, heat and material balance and P&IDs
- Knowledge of international codes and standards, software and tools
