Facility and Dormitory Executive - Singapore - GLOBAL TRAINING SERVICES PTE. LTD.
Description
To be overall responsible for the up-keeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the dormitory premises, facilities and efficient management of manpower and resources.
- To coordinate marketing efforts to ensure that the occupancy of the dormitory is at optimum level at all times.
- To liaise with government authorities on any issue that may arise from time to time.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
- Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
- Liaison officer liaises between two organizations to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official gobetween for senior officials of both organizations.
- The liaison officer is also expected to be active in the liaison organization and attends their key meetings.
Job Requirement
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outgoing personality, selfdriven and customer oriented
- Excellent problem solving and computer skills
- Must be able to join immediately
- Education Level
- Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Year(s) of Experience
