Description

**Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the FMCG sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
Min 2 year of relevant logistics and supervisory experience
Pass Customs Competency Test for Declarant is a Must
