Immediate or Short Notice preferred
Perform comprehensive spectrum of HR functions including, Payroll Administration, Employee Benefit programs, Relations and Engagement Activities, Learning and Development
Manage the preparation and submission of monthly and ad-hoc HR management reports and surveys
Delivers effective HR services and business-related by partnering with our Shared Services Centre HR Team
Implements HR policies and procedures and ensure that these are communicated and understood by employees
Coordinate employee communications and execute employee events e.g. employee wellness programs
Responsible for Learning and Development and Induction program
HR system administration ( Workday)
Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
Undertake additional portfolio such as Security Office Committee member
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Business Partnering or equivalent
Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices
Strong HR operational skills with an eye for detail and comfortable to provide support in administrative duties.
