Description

Purpose of the Role

Product Owner for Mobile Services, for the delivery of Self-Servicing features in Mobile App and Customer Portal. He/she will interface between internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver user requirements for Mobile App and Customer Portal.

Role

Handle daytoday operation and management of Singlife's Marketing Technologies,
Design/implement the integration of MarTech products and different data sources to achieve datadriven marketing capabilities and
Work with crossfunction teams to codesign & deliver automated marketing campaigns and personalised content / offering by leveraging data technology.

Product Owner of MarTech operation, process and documentation, responsible for implementing and rolling out of the MarTech solutions (and the related integrations), including but not limited:

Content management system
Mobile tracking tools
Data Lake
Customer data platform
Monitor and enhance data quality within the MarTech solutions.
Work with the teams and key stakeholders on endtoend tracking of experiments and pilot projects.
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders i.e. mobile app, websites, Dev, UI or UX, digital transformation, customer experience, data science, product development, to drive outcomes
Ensure the data privacy, compliance reviews and security reviews of the MarTech solutions used in the organisation

Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in working with Adobe Campaign/Insider and/or Adobe Target
Understanding in marketing data analytics
Understanding in customer data handling risk and governance framework
Ability to work across departments in a fast paced, deadlinedriven environment
Demonstrated ability to selfmotivate, work in teams and be flexible within an evolving environment
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn a must
