Description

Responsibilities:


  • To provide first level IT support to clients.
  • To escalate specific requests to the next level for immediate attention and resolutions.
  • To log and follow up on outstanding cases.
  • To support Project implementations, as when required.

Requirements:


  • At least ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience on helpdesk support.
  • Entry level candiates will be considered
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
  • Customer oriented, a Team Player, willing to learn.
