IT Helpdesk Support - Singapore - TOPPAN ECQUARIA PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide first level IT support to clients.
- To escalate specific requests to the next level for immediate attention and resolutions.
- To log and follow up on outstanding cases.
- To support Project implementations, as when required.
Requirements:
- At least ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience on helpdesk support.
- Entry level candiates will be considered
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
- Customer oriented, a Team Player, willing to learn.
