Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing food for restaurants in the commissionary kitchen
- Perform task necessary to achieve food quality and safety in the commissionary safety production environment, including maintaining inventory, production efficiency, and meeting safety, cleanliness, and sanitization standard
- Work collaboratively with other team members, managers, and departments ensuring the success of the facility minimizing outages and waste
- Work independently with mínimal oversight and complete task with honesty and integrity
- Ensure food and other products are consistently prepared and served according to the kitchen process, recipes, portioning, and cooking
- Ensure food safety cleanliness and sanitation standard followed by properly adhering to other states and local requirements for food safety.
