Description
Parxl is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented member to join the team.You will be at the forefront of Parxl's operations, making sure we meet our targets and service levels to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer enquiries by ensuring timely response to customers
- Manage customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
- Work with crossfunctional team to delivery timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.
- Prepare service report and present on findings
- Provide product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Experienced in customer service
- Pleasant and polite personality
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive energy and attitude
- Team player and able to work effectively in a team
- Needs to be able to multitask and work in a fastpace environment
- Comfortable working with people
