Parxl is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented member to join the team.

You will be at the forefront of Parxl's operations, making sure we meet our targets and service levels to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer enquiries by ensuring timely response to customers
  • Manage customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with crossfunctional team to delivery timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare service report and present on findings
  • Provide product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Pleasant and polite personality
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Positive energy and attitude
  • Team player and able to work effectively in a team
  • Needs to be able to multitask and work in a fastpace environment
  • Comfortable working with people
