Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide the best suitable solution to their needs.Provide customers with order verification, updates on delivery dates, product availability and pricing.
Build productive collaborative working relationships with Technical Support, Quote, Finance, Sales, and Field Service & Support to deliver world class experience to our customers.
Drive continuous improvement and safeguard best practice.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma
Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience
Must be very detail and quality oriented.
Ability to adapt and learn systems and processes quickly.
Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8-5/9
9 Month Contract
Experience independently solving problems and working effectively in an international team environment.
Located in Bouna Vista
Must be able to speak Korean or Japanese as liaising with overseas counterpart
