Description
Responsibilities:
- Systematically electronically file all documents
- Prepare monthly reports
- Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
- General admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proactive, committed and selfmotivated
- Positive team player who is also able to work independently
- Meticulous is a requirement
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel is a must (eg. vlookup)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Education:
- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer support: 2 years (required)
